Andrea found yoga in her early 20s after a recurring knee injury ended her study of dance. It wasn't until she moved from the USA to Australia and began practicing yoga in Perth that she made a deep connection with yoga. The flowing movements and almost rhythmic feeling of yoga was a true coming home to herself and her body.

As a mother of four sons, an ESL teacher to refugee high school students and a passionate community volunteer, Andrea is a natural giver and knows all too well what it feels like to live with an empty cup. After a struggle with post-natal depression and other life experiences, Andrea has found her passion in teaching yoga, thus completing 350+ hours YTT with the incredible teachers at Yogaworx.

With four energetic sons and a passion for entertaining and creating meaningful connections, Andrea and her husband Bruce share a vision to bring people together, grounded in nature, love and life. From this shared vision, Noble River Estate was purchased and provides a perfect gathering place for rest and replenishment.

Andrea delivers a nurturing and joyful slow flow weaving relatable, real-life themes with a gentle moving meditation that will balance your energy, calm your nervous system and increase physical and mental resilience. She creates a container for safety, love and connectivity in her classes leaving her students feeling a sense of peace as well as an evenness of spirit and body that copes more confidently with the daily stresses and challenges of life.
