Yin + Sound Sunday Session

In this 2-hour deeply restorative experience, Andrea will guide us inwards with grounding restorative, yin yoga poses, while the harmonic tones of the crystal bowls, led by Helen Crowley, help release energetic blockages and guide you into profound relaxation.
